FESIL SALES AS is the holding company for the Group’s trading assets.

Rana Metall is FESIL's ferrosilicon plant in Norway and focuses mostly on the production of high purity ferrosilicon.

FESIL METALES was established in July 1992 and is running an office in Madrid. The company mainly sells to the Spanish steel, foundry and galvanizing industry.

FESIL SALES GmbH is located in Duisburg and sells mainly to the German speaking market.

FESIL SALES S.A. is located in Luxembourg and focuses on France and Benelux. In addition it bundles the group's oversea purchase and sales activities.

SSAI is a joint venture company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA owned 75% by FESIL Sales SA and 25% by the RUUKKI Group and is responsible for the North American market.

Luxalloys India P. Ltd. is located in Mumbai and responsible for the Indian steel and foundry market.

FESIL SALES DALIAN LTD. is located in Dalian and specialised in the Chinese market.

FESIL SALES CIS is the representative office in Kiev, Ukraine. The office takes care of Eastern Europe and CIS countries.
